QA & Test Automation

Release on Friday without crossing your fingers.

We build test suites that run on every change (end-to-end, API and performance) and wire them into CI as quality gates, so your team ships faster with fewer surprises.

Overview

The problem. Our approach.

When testing is manual, every release means days of clicking through the same flows, and bugs still slip through. Teams start releasing less often to reduce risk, which makes each release bigger and riskier.

We automate the checks that matter most first: the journeys tied to revenue, sign-up and core usage, and the APIs everything else depends on. Tests run in CI on every change and block merges that break something important.

A test suite is only useful if people trust it. We keep suites fast, fix flaky tests instead of ignoring them, and write tests your developers can read and extend, so quality becomes part of everyday work instead of a separate phase.

Ideal for

  • Teams relying on slow manual regression testing
  • Products preparing for a launch or a traffic spike
  • Codebases with little or no automated test coverage
  • Engineering teams planning a major refactor or migration
01

End-to-end testing

Playwright suites covering your critical user journeys across browsers.

02

API & contract tests

Automated checks for every endpoint, payload and integration you depend on.

03

Load & performance testing

k6 scenarios that show how your system behaves under peak traffic.

04

CI quality gates

Tests, coverage and checks that block risky changes before they merge.

Use cases

Where it makes an impact.

  • Teams relying on slow manual regression testing
  • Preparing for a launch or traffic spike
  • Stabilising a flaky or untested codebase
  • Adding confidence before a major refactor

What you get

  • 01Test strategy and coverage plan
  • 02Automated end-to-end test suite
  • 03API and integration tests
  • 04Load test scenarios and performance report
  • 05CI pipeline integration and team handover

How we deliver

From first call to production.

Core journeys are usually covered and running in CI within 3–6 weeks, with coverage expanding in later iterations.

Step 01

Assess risk

We review your product, past incidents and release process to find the journeys and endpoints where a bug would hurt most.

Step 02

Plan coverage

We write a test strategy that balances end-to-end, API and unit tests, and agree on what must pass before a release.

Step 03

Automate & stabilise

We build the suites, set up test data and environments, and remove flakiness so results can be trusted.

Step 04

Gate & hand over

We wire the tests into CI as quality gates, run load tests where needed, and train your team to maintain and extend the suite.

Outcomes

What changes for your team.

  • 01

Regressions caught in CI before they reach users

  • 02

Shorter, calmer release cycles without manual click-through

  • 03

A clear picture of how your system behaves under load

  • 04

A readable test suite your developers keep up to date

FAQ

QA & Test Automation FAQ

Can't find what you're looking for? Send us a message and we'll get back to you within one business day.

Will automated tests slow down our releases?

No. They replace slow manual checks. We keep suites fast and parallelised, and fix flaky tests rather than ignore them.

Can you add tests to an existing product?

Yes. We start with the journeys that matter most to revenue and users, then expand coverage over time.

Playwright or Cypress?

Playwright is our default for new suites because it covers multiple browsers and runs well in parallel. If you already have a working Cypress suite, we extend it rather than start over.

Do you still do manual testing?

Yes, for exploratory testing of new features and usability checks. Automation handles the repetitive regression work, so manual time goes where human judgement helps.

Who maintains the tests after handover?

Your developers, ideally as part of normal feature work. We write tests in the same language and style as your codebase and document how to add new ones.
