DevOps & Cloud

Ship confidently, sleep soundly.

We set up the infrastructure and pipelines that let your team release often without breaking things: containerised, automated, observable and cost-aware.

Overview

The problem. Our approach.

When deployments are manual, releases become rare and stressful. One person knows how production works, nobody is sure what changed when something breaks, and the cloud bill grows every month without anyone being able to say why.

We put the infrastructure into code, automate builds, tests and deployments, and add monitoring that tells you about problems before customers do. We prefer managed services and simple setups unless your workload needs more, and Kubernetes only when it earns its complexity.

Doing this well means your team owns it afterwards. We write runbooks, keep the setup understandable, and make sure that deploying, rolling back and restoring from backup are routine actions, not emergencies.

Ideal for

  • Teams still deploying by hand or over SSH
  • Startups preparing for growth or a security review
  • Companies with frequent outages or slow incident response
  • Businesses with a cloud bill nobody can explain
01

CI/CD pipelines

Automated testing, builds and zero-downtime deployments on every merge.

02

Containers & Kubernetes

Dockerised services orchestrated on Kubernetes with autoscaling.

03

Cloud infrastructure

AWS environments defined as code, secure networking and backups.

04

Monitoring & cost control

Logs, metrics and alerts, plus right-sizing to cut unnecessary spend.

Use cases

Where it makes an impact.

  • Moving from manual deploys to CI/CD
  • Containerising and migrating to the cloud
  • Improving uptime and incident response
  • Reducing a growing AWS bill

What you get

  • 01Infrastructure as code
  • 02CI/CD pipelines and environments
  • 03Monitoring, logging and alerting
  • 04Backup and disaster-recovery plan
  • 05Runbooks and team handover

How we deliver

From first call to production.

An audit and first CI/CD pipeline usually take 2–4 weeks, and a full infrastructure-as-code migration typically runs 6–12 weeks depending on the number of services.

Step 01

Audit the current setup

We review your infrastructure, deployment process, security posture and spend, and list the risks in order of impact.

Step 02

Codify the infrastructure

We capture your environments in Terraform or similar, so every change is reviewed, repeatable and easy to roll back.

Step 03

Automate delivery

We build CI/CD pipelines with tests, staging environments and zero-downtime deploys, then migrate services onto them one at a time.

Step 04

Observe & optimise

We add logging, metrics, alerts and backups, test a restore, and right-size resources to bring costs in line with real usage.

Outcomes

What changes for your team.

  • 01

Releases that are frequent, routine and easy to roll back

  • 02

Problems detected by alerts before customers report them

  • 03

Infrastructure that is documented and not dependent on one person

  • 04

A cloud bill that matches what you actually use

FAQ

DevOps & Cloud FAQ

Can't find what you're looking for? Send us a message and we'll get back to you within one business day.

Can you work with our current cloud setup?

Yes. We audit what you have, then improve it in safe, incremental steps, with no big-bang rewrites.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Monthly retainers cover monitoring, updates, incident response and continuous improvement.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Often not. For many teams a managed container service or a simpler platform is easier to run and cheaper. We recommend Kubernetes when you have enough services and traffic to justify it.

Will migrating cause downtime?

We plan migrations to avoid it, using parallel environments, staged traffic shifts and tested rollback steps. Where a short maintenance window is unavoidable, we agree on it with you in advance.

Do you only work with AWS?

AWS is where we do most of our work, but the same practices apply to Google Cloud, Azure and smaller providers. We will tell you upfront if a platform is outside our experience.
