Products people understand on first use.
We research how your users work, design clear flows and interfaces, and test them before code is written. Then we hand engineers a design system that keeps the product consistent as it grows.
The problem. Our approach.
Design problems are cheapest to fix before anything is built. Once a confusing flow is in production, changing it means rework for engineers, retraining for users and lost sign-ups in the meantime.
We start by understanding how your users actually work, through interviews, analytics and watching real sessions. We settle structure with wireframes and flows, then move to high-fidelity prototypes that we test with users before handing them to engineering.
Good product design is also good for engineering. We design with real content, edge cases and empty states in mind, and deliver a design system that maps to components developers can build once and reuse everywhere.
Ideal for
- Teams designing a new product or major feature
- Products with a confusing or dated interface
- SaaS companies losing users during onboarding
- Growing products where every screen looks a little different
User research
Interviews, analytics review and journey mapping to find what users really need.
Wireframes & flows
Low-fidelity layouts and user flows that settle structure before visual design.
Figma prototypes
High-fidelity, clickable prototypes for stakeholder sign-off and user testing.
Design systems
Reusable components, tokens and guidelines that keep design and code in sync.
Where it makes an impact.
- Designing a new product or major feature
- Redesigning a confusing or dated interface
- Improving onboarding and conversion
- Bringing consistency to a growing product
What you get
- 01Research findings and user journeys
- 02Wireframes and user flows
- 03High-fidelity Figma prototype
- 04Design system and component library
- 05Usability test results and developer handover
Tech we use
From first call to production.
Research and design for a focused product or feature usually take 4–8 weeks, with a design system developed alongside or after.
Research
We talk to users and stakeholders, review analytics and existing screens, and map the journeys that matter most.
Structure
We sketch wireframes and user flows to agree on what goes where before spending time on visual detail.
Prototype & test
We design high-fidelity screens in Figma, turn them into clickable prototypes and test them with real users, iterating on what we find.
Systemise & hand over
We package the result into a design system with tokens and components, and stay available to engineers during the build.
Outcomes
What changes for your team.
- 01
Flows that new users can complete without help
- 02
Usability problems found in prototypes, not in production
- 03
A consistent look and behaviour across the product
- 04
Specs and components engineers can build from directly
UI/UX & Product Design FAQ
Can't find what you're looking for? Send us a message and we'll get back to you within one business day.
Do you test designs with real users?
Yes. We run usability sessions on prototypes so problems are found before they're built, when they're cheapest to fix.
Can your designers work with our developers?
Yes. We deliver developer-ready specs and components, and stay involved during the build to answer questions.
We already have a brand. Will you change it?
No, unless you ask us to. We work within your existing brand and extend it where the product needs more, such as states, data visualisation or dense layouts.
Can you improve one part of the product instead of redesigning everything?
Yes, and that is often the better choice. We can focus on a single flow, such as onboarding or checkout, and fix it without disrupting the rest.
What if we don't have access to users for research?
We can work from analytics, support tickets, sales calls and recruited participants who match your audience. Some evidence is always better than designing on assumptions.
Pair it with the rest of the stack.
