Mobile App Development

One codebase, two app stores, a native-quality experience.

We build mobile apps that feel native, work on poor connections and ship to the App Store and Google Play without drama, from first prototype to ongoing releases.

Overview

The problem. Our approach.

Mobile users are unforgiving. An app that is slow to open, loses data on a bad connection or crashes after an update gets uninstalled quickly. Building and maintaining separate iOS and Android apps also doubles the cost of every feature.

We build cross-platform with React Native or Flutter, so one team ships to both stores from one codebase, and drop down to native code only where the platform requires it. We design for real conditions from the start: offline use, flaky networks, older devices and push notifications.

Shipping is part of the job. We set up crash reporting, analytics and an automated release pipeline, so updates go out regularly and safely instead of being a stressful event every time.

Ideal for

  • Businesses launching a customer app for ordering, booking or loyalty
  • Companies with field staff or drivers who work offline
  • Web platforms that need a companion mobile app
  • Teams stuck with a slow, crash-prone legacy app
01

Cross-platform apps

iOS and Android from one codebase with React Native/Expo or Flutter.

02

Offline-first experiences

Local storage and background sync so the app keeps working without signal.

03

Push & engagement

Push notifications, deep links and in-app messaging that bring users back.

04

Store releases & updates

App Store and Google Play submissions, over-the-air updates and staged rollouts.

Use cases

Where it makes an impact.

  • Customer apps for ordering, booking and loyalty
  • Field and driver apps that work offline
  • Companion apps for an existing web platform
  • Rebuilding a slow or unstable legacy app

What you get

  • 01App architecture and navigation design
  • 02iOS and Android builds from one codebase
  • 03API integration, auth and push notifications
  • 04Crash reporting and analytics
  • 05Store listings, release pipeline and handover

How we deliver

From first call to production.

A first store release usually takes 8–14 weeks, depending on the number of screens, integrations and offline requirements.

Step 01

Define the core journeys

We agree on the few flows that matter most, the devices to support and how the app should behave offline.

Step 02

Prototype & architect

We build a clickable prototype of the main screens and set up the app structure, navigation, state and API layer.

Step 03

Build & test on devices

We develop in short iterations with test builds on real iOS and Android devices, so you can try each feature as it lands.

Step 04

Release & iterate

We handle store submission, staged rollouts and over-the-air updates, then use crash and usage data to plan the next release.

Outcomes

What changes for your team.

  • 01

One app on both stores, maintained by one team

  • 02

An app that keeps working on weak or missing connections

  • 03

Regular, low-risk releases through an automated pipeline

  • 04

Visibility into crashes and how people use the app

Mobile App Development FAQ

React Native or Flutter?

Both are solid. We recommend React Native when you have a React/TypeScript team or web app to share code with, and Flutter when pixel-level UI control matters most.

Do you handle App Store and Play Store submission?

Yes. We prepare builds, listings and review notes, and set up a release pipeline so future updates are routine.

Will a cross-platform app feel native?

Yes, when it is built carefully. We follow each platform's navigation and interaction patterns, and use native modules for things like camera, payments or background location when needed.

Can the app share a backend with our website?

Yes. We usually connect the app to your existing APIs, and extend them where mobile needs something different, such as sync endpoints or push notification triggers.

Can you take over an existing app?

Yes. We review the code, build setup and crash reports first, then decide with you whether to stabilise and extend it or rebuild specific parts.
